Greetings! Its been a while since I have shared a WHAM Update. The plan now is to send one or two out a week. There is just so much going on, it’s an incredible time for WHAM as we respond to the still strong need of our community.
Covid-19 maybe in decline, but the economic fallout is far from over. Our work continues! We have so far served 90,524 folks with food, financial assistance and re-employment.
We have provided more than 1 million dollars in financial assistance to nearly 4,000 folks.
We have also distributed nearly 2.5 million pounds of food. It has been quite the year!

This past weekend we offered a special food and supplies distribution for teachers. A total of 766 people were provided with fresh food, a thank you for all there hard work.

Our re-sale store welcomes your donation of household goods! Also, make sure to come and shop. Check out the short video below.
Each week I plan to share a story of one of the folks we have helped. Below is Christine’s story:

I am just so proud of how hard my team is working. Please would you continue to pray for us all and for those we serve?

Blessings,
Mark Brown
CEO

Mark–When does the store receive donations. I often go to WHAM and find the gates locked to the drop off area. Have had to bring goods to Goodwill instead. Great work on food supply, however!
